Service Description
60 min. Restorative Yoga, where we allow gravity gently to do its work. While we are supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we are allowed to work into the deep tissue, relax the body and mind.

Cancellation Policy
At Flow & Elevate, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling requests: Non-Refundable Classes: Policy states that all classes at Flow & Elevate are non-refundable. More than 24 Hours Notice: We do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. We will offer scheduling options within the same week based on availability. Rescheduling requests are only available if the instructor’s schedule allows and are not a guarantee. Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
