Cancellation Policy

At Flow & Elevate, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling requests: Non-Refundable Classes: Policy states that all classes at Flow & Elevate are non-refundable. More than 24 Hours Notice: We do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. We will offer scheduling options within the same week based on availability. Rescheduling requests are only available if the instructor’s schedule allows and are not a guarantee. Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
