Each Journey Home Retreat is intentionally curated with limited spaces, carefully selected accommodations, and personalized planning to create a deeply nourishing and supportive environment for every woman attending.
Because of this, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before reserving your space.
Reserving Your Space
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.Your reservation allows us to begin preparing accommodations, retreat materials, experiences, and group planning well in advance.
Payment Schedule
Remaining balances are due 60 days prior the retreat outlined during registration.Payment plans may be available to support ease and accessibility. Please contact me directly. (Kathrin 310.729.6886)
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, and while we will always do our best to support you, the following cancellation structure helps us honor the commitments involved in creating the retreat.90+ Days Before Retreat
Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.60–89 Days Before Retreat
50% of payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.Within 60 Days of Retreat
Retreat payments become non-refundable due to accommodations, vendor commitments, and the limited nature of the experience.
Transferring Your Spot
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another woman with prior approval from the retreat host up to 30 days before the retreat.
In the Unlikely Event of Retreat Cancellation
Should the retreat need to be canceled by the organizer, all retreat payments made directly to us will be fully refunded.Please note that we are unable to reimburse airfare, transportation, or other personal travel-related expenses.
Travel Insurance
We highly encourage purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, weather disruptions, or unexpected life circumstances.
